Membership Agreement

1. Privacy Policy - The applicant represesents, covenants, and acknowledges that he/she has reviewed the terms and provisions contained therein, and makes this application for membership with a clear understanding.
2. Marital Status - The applicant represents and acknowledges that he/she is single, either never married , or divorced, or legally separated.
3. Age - The applicant represents and covenants that he/she is 21 years old or older.
4. Indemnification - Singles Adventure Club, LLC. Makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, as to the accuracy or authenticity of any information provided by members of the Singles Adventure Club, LLC. You acknowledge and agree that the information regarding other members that may be provided to you by Singles Adventure Club, LLC. Has not been verified by Singles Adventure Club, LLC. You agree to indemnify and hold Singles Adventure Club, LLC. Harmless from any and all damages, claims, causes of action , suits, demands and liabilities, including attorney fees, that arise from or relate to or a a consequence of:
   1. Any services provided by Singles Adventure Club, LLC. To you.
   2. Any inaccuracies or non-disclosure of information by you.
   3. Any action by you or any other member as a consequence of your acts or omissions in the use of Singles Adventure Club, LLC services or information obtained by you through Singles Adventure Club, LLC or any other participant.

   Any activities or services organized by Singles Adventure Club, LLC whether individually or in conjunction with others shall be engaged in by a member with the understanding that Singles Adventure Club, LLC has no liability for loss, damage, or injury to person or property as a consequence of the provision of transportation, or as a consequence of the negligence of Singles Adventure Club, LLC or any other participant.

5. Member discretion - Singles Adventure Club, LLC is not a matchmaker. Any decisions by you to make contact with another member or disclose confidential or private information about yourself are in your sole, absolute discretion, subject to the mutual consent of other members to make contact. Singles Adventure Club, LLC oes not warrant or represent the good character of any member, and the determination of the character of those you choose to associate with through the services of Singles Adventure Club, LLC are in your sole discretion and judgement. Although, Singles Adventure Club, LLC may perform background checks in their discretion on individuals willful membership on our highest level of membership.
6. Our right to cancel your membership - Singles Adventure Club, LLC reserves the right to cancel any membership if the member behaves in a manner which disrupts or interferes with the clubs activities, or fails to abide by the following policies:
   1. No threatening or stalking is allowed
   2. No disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards the staff or other members or their property.
   3. No false representation of financial status, pertaining to higher level club members.

   Repeated written complaints by other members can be used as a reason to terminate this membership with no refund.

7. Membership Benefits - You understand that the activities offered by Singles Adventure Club, LLC may vary from time to time and will be selected as Singles Adventure Club, LLC deems appropriate in its sole discretion. An event fee may be charged to any member who attends such event to cover costs of the event, and that amount will be posted on our website prior to attending. Participating businesses may offer discount prices to you. A minimum of 4 events per month will be provided to you as a member. Sign up for these events will be first come, first serve until full.
8. You agree that Singles Adventure Club, LLC own the information you provide to us about yourself. (Used for membership purposes for Singles Adventure Club, LLC.
